Newropeans Magazine

Newropeans Magazine was launched at the end of 2003 as the first independent, trans-national online journal featuring information, analysis and comments on European politics, economics, culture, society. Only two years later, Newropeans Magazine ranks 6th among the top 10 trans-European internet media by the Alexa.com world websites ranking instrument (coming after CNN.Europe, Time Magazine Europe, Euronews, BBC Europe).

It is the only trans-European website offering a bilingual daily European perspective on EU and international affairs providing a unique opportunity for European citizens to shape up the trans-European political fabric. To its readers outside of Europe (more than 30% of Newropeans-Magazine readers) it offers unique insights on the fast growing European political identity of which Newropeans-Magazine is a flagship.

Newropeans-Magazine is run by a volunteer team coming from vastly different cultures and countries. It is independent from all European institutions, governments, religions and national political parties. Newropeans-Magazine is structurally independent as well from Newropeans, but it shares the values and objectives of Newropeans’ political project: the need for a democratisation of the European Union.
